You are invited to attend this lively and informative session outlining the establishment of water metering as a new municipal service from the perspective of the municipality. This useful presentation will illustrate how the engineering process dovetails with the municipal process. The presenter, Patricia Kendall, is a retired municipal lawyer who now teaches a law course as an Adjunct Faculty member at UBC SCARP (School of Community and Regional Planning).
