SUMMARY:Northeast False Creek Area Plan
DESCRIPTION:Northeast False Creek is the last remaining piece of large undeveloped land in the downtown along the False Creek Waterfront. In 2015\, City Council decided to proceed with a plan to replace the Georgia and Dunsmuir viaducts with a more resilient and connected street network.\n\nCity of Vancouver will provide an overview presentation followed by a Q&A session of the Northeast False Creek Viaducts Replacement Project. The presentation will focus on the Refined Area Plan for the NEFC development and the utilities scope of the project. The area plan will guide growth over the long term in a way that meets the needs of the community\, Vancouver as a whole\, and the region.
